摘　　要：介绍了整流支柱精铸工艺的全过程,包括模料的选用,硅溶胶-硅酸乙酯复合制壳工艺、真空浇铸及真空热处理等,并且对结论进行了简单的分析和说明。The complete procedures for precision-casing of rectifying frame was presented, including the selection of pattern material, process of form making with ludoxsilester, vacuum casting and vacuum heat treatment etc. And the conclusion were briefly analyzed and explained.
