摘　　要：在研究温度应变、收缩应变和徐变应变计算模型的基础上,提出了商品住宅楼板早期约束应变的计算方法,并采用应变判断准测,对工程中商品住宅楼板的早期开裂进行了预测和控制.Based on the study of thermal strain model, shrinkage strain model and creep strain model, calculation methods of early-age restrained strains of commercial house floors were proposed. Strain criterion can be applied in the method to predict and control the early age cracking of commercial house floors in practical engineering.
