摘　　要：对合钢动力厂 4 5 0 0m3 /h空分设备精氩塔投产初期出现的反复冻结故障进行原因分析 ;在无法扒砂检修的情况下 ,采用非常规方法处理了故障。最后介绍了最终解决措施。The causes leading to repeated freezing accidents during the primary operation of the pure argon column associated with 4500m 3/h air separation plant in Hefei Steel are analyzed.Unconventional measures have been employed to eliminate the accidents on condition that removal of perlite for repairing operation is impossible.In the end,the final solutions are introduced.
