摘  要:用焚烧法处理有机废液不仅有良好的经济效益,而且有重大的环境效益。但在实际使用中,经常出现废液喷嘴烧损的现象,为此以油和压缩空气为介质,对内混式化工废液喷嘴进行了实验研究,获得了这类喷嘴的流量特性曲线及实验雾化角。实验发现并获得了液流量为零的流量阻塞压力比。在实际运行中,液气压力比必须大于流量阻塞压力比,才能确保安全可靠运行,否则废液喷嘴极有可能烧损。Disposal of organic waste liquors by incineration is greatly beneficial not only to the environment but also to the economy. However, the nozzle used for burning waste liquors is often burned up in practical employment. In solving this problem, experimental investigations on the internal mix nozzle for waste liquors in chemical engineering were carried out using oil and compressed air as working substances. Results for the discharge characteristics and the atomizing angle for this type of nozzle were acquired. We also found and determined the critical pressure ratio of discharge clogging at zero oil discharge in the experiments. In practical operation, only when the pressure ratio of oil to air is larger than the critical pressure ratio of discharge clogging, the operational safety of the nozzle can then be ensured, otherwise the nozzle will probably be burned up.
