HPLC测定无极膏中丙酸倍氯米松的含量

摘　　要：目的:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定无极膏中丙酸倍氯米松的含量。方法:色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2(150 mm×4.6 mm.5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(70:30),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为240 nm。结果:丙酸倍氯米松在5.94～13.86μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=29 747.475C-1 300(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.87％.CT为0.665％,结论:本法简便、快速、准确,重现性好,可作为无极膏中丙酸倍氯米松的含量测定标准。Objective: To determine the level of beclometasone dipropionate in Wuji ointment by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). Methods: The chromatographic column was Hypersil ODS2 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was methanol and water (70: 30), the flow rate was 1.0 ml/ min and the UV detection wavelength was 240 nm. Results: There were good linear relationship between beclometasone dipropionate (within 5.94-13.86μg/ml) and the peak area. The regression equation was A =29 747. 475C - 1 300 (r =0. 999 9). The average recovery rate was 99. 87% with CV = 0. 665% . Conclusion; The method is simple, rapid, accurate and has good reproducibility. It can be used as a standard for determining the level of ointment.
