摘 要:目的:探讨内毒素对SD幼鼠肝细胞一氧化氮合酶(Nitric oxide synthase,NOS)和细胞色素氧化酶(Cytochrome oxi-duse.CcO)的影响,方法:用组织化学方法观察在内毒素刺激后,SD幼鼠肝细胞NOS和CcO反应产物分布和活性变化 结果:内毒索刺激6 h,肝细胞内NOS活性最强,内毒素刺激后1-3 h,CcO活性呈现逐渐减弱趋势。内毒素刺激6 h,CcO活性明显减弱。结论:内毒素可刺激肝细胞NOS活性增强,表明肝细胞内NOS属于诱导性NOS(iNOS);同时内毒素吐土可间接使肝细胞CcO活性减弱。Objective: To investigate the effect of endotoxin on nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and cyto-chrome c oxidase (CcO) in hepatocytes of young growing SD rats. Methods: The endotoxin, reactant distribution and active changes of NOS and CcO were examined with histochemical method in hepatocytes of young growing SD rats after being stimulated by endotoxin. Results; The activity of NOS in hepatocytes of young growing SD rats was the strongest after being stimulated by endotoxin for sk hours, and the activity of CcO tended to decrease after being stimulated by endotoxin for 1-3 hours. The activity of CcO in hepatocytes of young growing SD rats decreased significantly after being stimulated by endotoxin for 6 hours. Conclusion; Endotoxin can stimulate the increase of the activity of NOS in hepatocytes, and it shows that NOS in hepatocytes belongs to inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS). At the same time, endotoxin can also decrease of the activity of CcO in hepatocytes indirectly.
