摘 要:在电收尘中,粉尘的粘结性对振打时减少二次扬尘有较大的作用.而影响作用在粉尘层上粘结力的重要因素之一是当电晕电流通过尘层时,在相邻粉尘粒子间的空气间隙中形成的高电场.本文利用数学模型,推导出了计算粉尘粘结力的公式.在研究理想粉尘层时考虑了相邻粒子由于弹性变形而增加了有效接触面积和在粒子间的空气间隙中的电场强度限定在一个最大允许值Emax.通过分析,粉尘粘结力与粉尘层的外加电场E1.2大致成正比,粉尘比电阻对粉尘粘结性影响很大.Cohesion of dust has a large effect on reducing re-entrainment when rapping in electro - static precipitation.One of the important factors of the cohesive force acting on the precipitated dust layer is that due to the high electric field established in the air gaps between adjacent par - ticles by the corona current as it flows through the dust layer.Using a mathematical model an e - quation has been acquired by which the magnitude of the cohesive force can be calculated.While studying a ideal dust layer,we take into account the increase in effective contact area be - tween adjacent particles due to elastic deformation and the limiting of electric field of the air gaps between particles to a maximum allowable value Emax.With analysis,the cohesive force between particles is approximately proportional to the applied electric field E 1.2a .It shows that the resis - tivity of the dust is important to its cohesion.
