摘　　要：详细介绍了东风载货汽车纵梁采用的等断面或不等断面结构、多种加工工艺及对采用不同加工工艺的纵梁用材料的性能要求,针对当前纵梁用材料存在的回弹、开裂、翘曲等缺陷提出了采用高强度钢板、超细晶粒钢板等建议。The paper introduces the structures,machining processes and material performance requirements of Dongfeng heavy-duty vehicle side beams with an equal or unequal cross sections.In view of material defects like rebound,crack,warpage,etc.,it is suggested that high-strength steel plate and superfine-grained steel plate should be employed.
