摘　　要：对大中型高压电动机少胶VPI绝缘体系进行了探讨和研究,通过开展绝缘结构老化试验及不同绝缘厚度的模拟线圈测试等工作,证明了不饱和聚酯亚胺绝缘体系可满足10kV级及以下电机性能要求,投入批量生产,结果表明全部达到JB/T2593-91标准的要求。This paper describes the study of dry mica tape plus VPI insulation system for the large and mediumsized HV motors.By means of the ageing test of this insulation system and the measurements of the analogue coil windings with different insulation thickness,the results show that the insulation system can meet the requirement of 10kV HV motor.
