摘  要:铜山铜矿原矿性质发生较大变化 ,含硫大幅度增高 ,现有选矿工艺流程已难以适应。根据试验结果 ,提出分步优先浮选、中矿再磨再选的工艺流程改进方案。新工艺流程的特点是 ,在适度碱性条件下 ,采取了优先浮选和等可浮浮选相结合的分步选别工艺 ,既防止了不同硫化铜矿物的过磨和欠磨 ,保证铜的早收多收 ,又避免了大量硫在选铜回路中反复循环 ,做到早丢快丢 ,比较好地适应了原矿性质 ,取得较为满意的选别指标 ,实现了高硫铜矿石低药耗选别分离。With sulphur content increasing by big percentages, the property of the raw ore in Tongshan Copper Mine has changed greatly and the existing processing flowsheet became unfit. Based on test results, an improverment plan of processing flowsheet of stage selective flotation middling regrinding and reprocessing was proposed. The main feature of the new processing flowsheet is that a stage separation method integrating selective flotation with iso-flotation ,under moderate alkaline condition, was adopted. Thus, it can prevent not only different copper minerals from being overground or short-ground to ensure copper to be recovered promptly and more, but also a great quantity of sulphur minerals circulating in the copper beneficiation circuit resulting in them being discarded as soon as possible. It is very suitable for the property of the raw ore. As a result, good indexes were obtained and low reagent consumption for the separation of the copper ore containing high sulpher was achived.
