摘　　要：分析了我国老龄化社区面临的主要问题———福利性的社会养老资金匮乏与社会急剧转型期引起的老年人社会网络中断的社会状况.叙述了传统的形体规划局限在住房与环境规划之中,无法满足老龄化社区的适居性.提出以综合性规划代替形体规划,在老年人生活的空间问题基本解决之后,综合性规划主要是对老龄化社区的生活多样性、社区网络、服务网络的建设起到一定的作用.提出了老龄化社区综合性规划的具体对策:强化政府的服务职能,提倡公众参与,居委会制定社区发展规划等措施.The major problems that our old age society faces are the lack of welfare fund for the aged and the interruption of network for the aged caused by rapid social transformation.And the traditional shape planning is limited to housing and environmental program,which can not satisfy the requirement of community habitability of old age.Society planning is put forward to substitute for traditional shape planning.After the basic settlement of space problem of old people's life,society planning plays a role mainly in variety of life,community network and service network.Specific measures of old age society planning are suggested,such as strengthening the service function of the government,advocating public participation and working out community development plan etc.
