摘  要:研究了混合稀土与锑复合加入对Al-Si合金组织和性能的影响。研究表明,采用复合加入方法获得了典型的变质组织,显著提高了合金的机械性能。复合变质剂加入量仅为单独使用混合稀土或锑的十分之一或六分之一,与单独采用混合稀土或锑相比,复合变质剂的效果好,用量少,成本低,操作方便。The effect of RE/Sb combined addition on the structure and properties of Al-Si alloy were investigated. The results showed that typical modified structure was obtained and mechanical properties were improved remarkably. Combined addtion was one-tenth or one-sixth as much as separate mischmetal or antimony addition. It is concluded that the effect of the combined modificator is better, their amount of addtion is less, the operation is more convenient and the cost is lower compared with separate mischmetal or antimony addtion as a modificator.
