抗柯萨奇B中药胶囊治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的 :观察抗柯萨奇B心肌炎胶囊 (ACCM )治疗病毒性心肌炎 (VM)的临床疗效。方法 :将 12 0例VM患者随机分成ACCM组 (用ACCM治疗 ,6 0例 )和对照组 (西药常规治疗 ,6 0例 ) ,进行对比观察。结果 :ACCM组总有效率 85 % ,明显优于对照组的 5 7% (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗后ACCM组的心悸、反复感冒、胸闷、胸痛、气短、乏力、头晕等症状的恢复明显优于对照组。结论 :ACCM是治疗VM的一种高效、价廉及使用方便的中药制剂 。AIM: To observe the clinical effects of an ti toxin cachet for coxsackie B myocarditis (ACCM) in treatment of patients with vi ral myocarditis (VM). METHODS: 120 patients with VM were randoml y divided into two groups: ACCM treatment group (60 cases) and western medicine control group (60 cases). RESULTS: There was a significant diffe rence of total effective rate between ACCM group (85%) and control group (57%) ( P< 0.05 ). After treatment, the therapeutic effects in ACCM gr oup were better than those in control group for repeated cold, palpitation, che st smother, chestache, hard breathe, lack power and dizzy, etc. CONCLUSI ONS: ACCM is a chinese herbal medicine preparation of high effect, cheap and easy use in treatment of patients with viral myocarditis.
