摘　　要：曼陀罗杀鼠活性研究表明,在饵料中曼陀罗含量为20％时,曼陀罗种子、茎对小白鼠的毒杀率均为100％,叶为88.9％,果壳为80％;在含量为15％时,毒杀率分别为90％、70％、50％和80％;在含量为10％时,毒杀率分别为70％、66.7％、0和20％;以家鸡进行安全性试验,无二次中毒现象。Tests on rat killing activity with different organs of jimsonweed indicated that jimsonweed is very efficacious in killing rat. When the content of jimsonweed on the bait is 20% , the killing rates of seed, stem, leaf and pericarp are 100% ,88. 9% ,80% respectively. When the content of is 15% ,the rates are 90% ,70% ,50% and 80% respectively. When the content is 10% ,the rates are 70% ,66. 7% ,0 and 20% respectively. At the same time, the jimsonweed is safe and not secondly-poisonous to chicken.
