摘 要:目的 阐明某市一起伤寒爆发的原因。方法 所有标本经增菌 ,分离培养后 ,挑取可疑菌纯培养 ,进行生化反应 ,血清学鉴定。结果 确诊病例 1 0 7例 ,以女性为主 ,与嗜吃冷食的饮食习惯有关。早期血培养阳性 83例 ,可疑面皮摊点检出伤寒沙门氏菌 8株 ,粪便检出 1 6株 ,饮用水样本未检出 ,可疑地点下水道水检出 2例。结论 本次伤寒爆发是因为食入凉拌面皮引发。加强流动摊点的管理 。Objective To describe the reason of typhoid fever outbreak. Methods All samples were enriched and cultured. Then, suspicious bacterium were picked out to culture purely and their invasiveness and endotoxin were detected by biochemical reaction and serum identification. Results 107 cases in total were confirmed cases. Female cases were much more than male cases. It was related to eating cold food habits. 83 cases were positive by early blood cultured. 8 S. typhi strains were isolated from suspicious noodle stand, 16 strains from feces, 2 strains from polluted water. No S. typhi was isolated from drinking water. Conclusions Cold food polluted by s.typhi was the major cause of this typhoid fever outbreak. It was important to enforce mobile stand supervision and improve methods to prevent typhoid fever and other diseases.
