摘 要:本文从诱导轮的结构设计和参数配合出发,结合试验泵组(100D16型多级离心泵)提出了诱导轮的优化设计数学模型和合理选择的最佳结构参数,优化设计的诱导轮,配置在首级叶轮位置上,经实测表明,它的汽蚀比转数值为原泵的3.9倍,达到理论最佳值的67%;其泵组效率比原泵提高6%。This paper presents an inducer structural design and its optimum parameters. Based on measurements of a testing pump group (100D 16X2),a mathematical model for inducer structural design and optimum parameters were proposed. An optimized inducer was placed and tested in front of the impeller of a centrifugal pump testing group. The results indicated that the suction specific speed was 3.9 times larger than that with no optimized inducer and reached 67% of the optimum theoretical value. Pump efficiency was increased by 6%.
