摘  要:采用脉冲激光闪光法和XRD,分析了一种中间相沥青基短炭纤维/树脂炭复合材料的导热系数与石墨化度之间的关系,建立了两者之间的定量数学模型,并运用声子导热机制对其机理进行了探讨。结果表明,复合材料在平行于层面方向的室温导热系数约为垂直方向的6倍,但均随石墨化度的升高、石墨微晶尺寸的增大而逐渐升高,两个方向导热系数λ与石墨化度g之间关系分别符合公式:λ=53.78+0.28exp(g/13.75)及λ=4.95+0.94exp(g/25.22)。The relationship between the thermal conductivity and graphitization degree of a chopped mesophase pitchderived carbon fiber / resinderived carbon composite was investigated by laser flash method and XRDA mathematical model was founded, which was interpreted by phonon heat conduction mechanism The results show that though the thermal conductivity λ in the direction parallel to the layer orientation is about six times of that in the direction vertical to the layer orientation,the value of the two increases with the increase of the graphitization degree g (and the stacking height of the crystallite ) of the composite, and their relations can be written into the following equations:respectively λ=5378+028exp(g/1375) and λ=495+094exp(g/2522) respectively
