摘　　要：通报了2002年海绵钛、钛加材的产量及钛行业年度大事。综合评述了在这一年里我国钛工业在组织结构、企业改革、科技进步等方面发生的重大变化,以及这些变化对我国钛工业发展将产生的深远影响。In 2002 year, the output of sponge titanium achieved 3328 ton for the first time. It increased 34.8% comparing with the last year. The output of titanium processing material was also a new record. It achieved 5482 ton (4613 ton, except simple reroll). In year, the titanium industry in our country has changed greatly in these respects such as organization, structure, enterprise reform, science and technology. These changes make a notable impact on our titanium industry.
