油井循环注液井筒与地层温度分布的数值模拟研究

摘  要:根据油井生产的实际需要,从建立井筒流体与地层岩石换热计算的离散数学模型出发,利用有限差分法推导出线性方程组,并对方程组提出了切实可行的求解方法。编制成的微机软件使用方便、计算速度快、收敛性好,可用来计算任意时刻井筒和地层温度分布。大庆油田热洗井的实例计算表明:计算结果合理,计算方法可行,可用于热沈井液体循环排量、温度、深度等参数的优选。On the basis of oil well production practical needs and proceeding from the desire of setting up a discrete mathematical model for calculating shaft fluid and stratum rock heat exchange, the authors have derived a set of linear equations by use of finite difference method with a practical method for solving the said equations being proposed. The compiled microcomputer software has the merits of easy application, quick computation speed and good convergence. It can be employed for calculating the shaft and stratum temperature distribution at any moment. Its practical use at Daqing Oil Field has shown that the rational calculation method is well suited for performing the optimization of such param eters as hot fluid circulation displacements, temperature and depth, etc.
