摘 要:开发了电镀CBN埋砂法结合高温热扩散法制做硬齿面齿轮珩齿刀的新工艺。对影响珩齿刀寿命的最大因素—CBN复合镀层与基体的结合力进行了研究。对电流密度 ,温度和pH值进行了合理选择。实验表明 :在置砂中应将电流密度控制在 0 .2 5A/dm2 左右 ,温度控制在恒温 40℃左右 ,pH值控制在 3 .5 ~ 6.0之间。在真空热扩散中 ,将最高温度控制在 65 0℃以内 ,既使基体变形误差达到要求 ,又使CBN复合镀层与基体达到了“半冶金化”结合。在剃齿机上用所制作的珩齿刀加工齿轮的实验证明 ,达到所需的结合力。This paper introduced a new technique for making hardend tooth year-honing-tool—conventional CBN clectroplating combined with vacuum thermal diffusion, and studied the binding force between CBN composite deposit and matrix which affected mostly gear-honing-tool cutting life. Current density, temperature and pH value were reasonably chosen in electroplating CBN on the base of adopting USA patent formulation. Experiments showed that current density should be limited at about 0.25A/dm 2, temperature should be controlled at about constant 40℃, pH value should be 3.5~6.0. When the temperature was maintained at 650℃,it satisfied the error requirement of matrix deformation, made CBN composite deposit and matrix obtain “half metallurgy melt' combination. The needed binding force was satisfied in machining gear experiment on shaving machine with the developed gear-honing-tool.
