摘　　要：以烧结镁砂MS - 95为主原料 ,加入适当钙质材料、复合结合剂 ,研制出镁钙质涂料。该涂料具有涂抹性好、烘烤时不爆裂、抗侵蚀性好及解体容易等特点 ,经使用能够满足钢厂多包连铸的需要 ,并能对钢水起净化作用。Mg-Ca coating mixture has been developed by adding suitable calcium material and composite binder to sintered magnesite MS—95.The coating mixture are characterized by good coating performance and erosion resistance,easily separating,and unbursting in baking,etc.It can meet the needs of continuous casting of multi-ladle,and can clean molten steel.
