摘　　要：为保证无取向硅钢具有优良的导磁性能和合理的金相组织 ,并得到均匀、较大的晶粒 ,采用精确的热连轧工艺控制 ,克服了AW12、AW 18钢带热轧生产中易出现的断裂、断带、边裂等缺陷 ,使鞍钢 1780机组试轧高牌号冷轧无取向硅钢一次成功。In order to ensure non-orientation Si steel to possess fine magnetic performance and reasonable metallographic structure and obtain even, larger crystal grain, the accurate hot continuous rollingtechnology is adopted. The faults easily appear while AW12, AW18 steel strip hot rolling such as breakage, strip and edge breakage are restrained. High grade cold rolled non-orientation Si steel is trially rolled once successfully in Angang.
