摘　　要：介绍了一种面向对象系统设计方法—Booch方法、故障管理(FM)和故障管理系统(FMS)领域的相关知识,以及如何运用Booch方法设计、开发网络管理的故障管理系统(FMS)应用程序。The article introduces an object- oriented analysis and design metlaod called Booch, the related knowledge in the field of Fault Management(FM) and Fault Management System(FMS), and how to apply Booch method to design and develop the network management FMS application programs.
