匹维溴铵在大肠镜检中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨大肠镜检查中缓解肠痉挛的安全简便有效方法。方法 :治疗组 78例 ,常规服清肠液后 ,于大肠镜检前不同时间口服匹维溴铵 15 0mg ;对照组 80例 ,单纯服用清肠液清洁肠道。结果 :治疗组肠痉挛阴性率 84.6% ,腹痛阴性率 79.5 % ,显著高于对照组的 40 .0 %和 2 7.5 % ,差异有极显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。且服清肠液 3 .0～ 3 .5h后服匹维溴铵优良率为 5 0 .0 % ,清肠效果最佳。结论 :匹维溴铵用于大肠镜检查中缓解肠痉挛有一定作用 ,使用方便 ,疗效安全可靠 ,无明显副作用。对临床上有明显肠功能紊乱病史患者在大肠镜检查前加服匹维溴铵 ,有助于缓解肠道痉挛 ,减少患者检查时痛苦。Objective:To investigate the application of Pinaverin bromide in colonoscopy. Methods:All patients for colonoscopy were divided into two groups. The treatment group were given pinaverin bromide 150 mg P.O. after taking intestine-cleaning liquid but before colonoscopy, while the control group were given only the intestine-cleaning liquid. Results:The negative incidence of enterospasm was significantly higher (84.6%) in the treatment group than in the control group (40.0%). And the negative incidence of abdominal pain was also significantly higher (79.5%) in the treatment group than in the control group (27.5%). Conclusion:It is suggested that the application of pinaverin bromide can alleviate enterospasm in colonoscopy.It's a safe simple and effective method.
