摘  要:研究了营养液缺钙处理对黄瓜幼苗的影响。结果表明,在缺钙胁迫下,显著抑制了黄瓜幼苗的生长,降低了幼苗根系活力,提高了POD的活性,降低了O2-的含量。说明钙在植物的生长发育和抗氧化过程中起着重要作用。The effects of calcium on the growth of cucumber seedings were studied.Solu-tion culture was conducted to study the effects of calcium-deficiency on the growth of cucum-ber seedings.The results showed that under the calcium-deficient conditions the growth of seeding was seriously inhibited,the leaf number,leaf area,root length and root activity in the seedings were obviously lower than those under calcium sufficiency,POD activity decreased and O 2- content increased in calcium-deficient cucumber seedings.The study suggested that calcium played an important role in the growth and antioxidant systems of cucumber seedings.
