摘  要:以乙二胺和丙烯酸十二酯为原料 ,甲醇为溶剂 ,采用迈克尔加成反应合成了低代的树枝状十二酯。探讨了反应条件对树枝状十二酯收率的影响。乙二胺 2mL( 30mmol) ,n(乙二胺 )∶n(丙烯酸十二酯 ) =1∶6 ,甲醇占反应液总体积的 5 0 % ,反应温度 4 0℃ ,反应时间 4 8h ,产率 5 4 .9%。A lower generation dendritic twelve ester has been synthesized from ethylenediamine and acrylic twelve ester by means of Michael addition reaction in the solvent of methanol . The effect of reaction conditions on the yield of dendritic twelve ester was investigated and the optimum reaction conditions were estimated as follows: amount of ethylenediamine was 2mL(30mmol), the molar ratio of ethylenediamine to acrylic twelve ester was 1 ∶6, the volume fraction of methanol was 50%, the reaction temperature was 40℃ and the reaction time was 48h. Under the optimum reaction conditions, the yield of dendritic twelve ester was 54.9%.
