摘 要:用水热反萃法制备了氧化铁粉体,采用TEM与XRD方法对其进行了表征。结果表明,有机相中的铁浓度、水热反萃温度的提高和水相pH值的降低均有利于晶粒粒度的增大,杂质H_2PO_4^-的引入大幅度降低了氧化铁粉末粒度。用水热反萃法可以直接获得组成均一、粒度小。The result of hydrothermal stripping synthesis of hematite powder was reported. The effects of stripping temperature, the initial iron concentration in the organic phase and the initial pH of the water phase on the nanoparticle size were investigated by means of XRD and TEM. The particle size became larger by enhancing the temperature, increasing the initial iron concentration in the organic phase and decreasing the initial pH of the water phase. The introduction of H2PO4- in the hydrothermal stripping system can decrease the size of hematite powder. The powder obtained by using hydrothermal stripping directly was well crystallined and mainly α-Fe2O3.
