摘  要:[目的 ]了解福州市不同年龄学生的齿龈内阿米巴 (Eg)感染情况以及与口腔疾患之间的关系 ,探讨提高检出率的方法。[方法 ]采用Locke液培养法与直接涂片法进行调查、比较 ,并记录学生的牙龈出血与龋齿情况。[结果 ]齿龈内阿米巴总感染率为 5 7 5 % ,大学生感染率 (71 2 % )高于中专生 (5 3 5 % )及初中生 (4 2 5 % ,P <0 0 5 ) ;用Locke液培养Eg检出率 (71 2 % )较直接涂片法 (4 4 9% )高 (P <0 0 0 5 ) ;牙龈出血和龋齿患者的Eg感染率 (80 1% )较口腔健康者 (4 0 2 % )高 (P <0 0 0 5 )。[结论 ]随着年龄的增长 ,Eg感染率有增高趋势 ;Locke液培养法可提高Eg检出率 ;有口腔疾患者的Eg感染率较健康人群高 ,提示Eg感染在一定条件下可引起牙周病 ,应综合用药。To study the infection of entamoeba gingivalis (Eg) in Fuzhou students and the relationship between Eg infection and oral diseases, and explore the method for higher positive rate \ Survey and comparison were carried out for the students, using Locke culture and direct smear method Gingival bleeding and dental caries were recorded in the students \ Total infection rate of Eg was 57 5% The infection rate for university students (71 2%) was higher than that for high (53 5%) or junior school students (42 5%) (P<0 05) Positive rate with Locke culture method was higher (71 2%) than that with direct smear method (44 9%), (P<0 005) Eg infection rate with gingival bleeding and dental caries (80 1%) was higher than that of healthy person (40 2%), (P<0 005) \ Eg infection rate increases with the age;Positive rate was increased by Locke culture method;Eg infection rate in patients suffered from oral diseases was higher than normal population;It suggested that Eg infection can result in periodontal disease, which should be treated universally by drug administration Individual oral hygiene and separately eat by dishes should be encouraged for Eg infection control
