福建防治传染性非典型肺炎的做法与思考

摘　　要：总结福建 2 0 0 3年春非典型肺炎 (SARS)防治所取得的成绩与主要工作经验。这些成绩包括“无二代病例、无死亡病例、无医务人员感染” ;其主要经验是抓“早、快、严、稳”。文中还提出今后公共卫生工作的两点建议 ,包括应把传染病威胁看作公共卫生的主要问题和应把公共卫生纳入国家安全体系建设。The achievements of disease control for SARS in Fujian and the recommendation for public health system in the future are summarized in this paper These achievements for SARS control during 2003 in Fujian are as follows: no secondary case, no death case and no SARS infections in medical staff The main experiences on SARS control included: early preventing, quickly case investigating and tracing, strictly SARS controlling and society stabilization emphasizing Two recommendations on SARS control in the future are suggested:One is the hazard elimination of infectious diseases should be as main thinking on public health problem; The second is the program of public health should be listed into the system of national security
