摘　　要：邓小平提出在各方面形成一整套更加成熟更加定型的制度,是一个长期的过程。在各方面形成一整套更加成熟更加定型的制度,是更好地发挥中国特色社会主义制度根本保障作用的需要,也是使建设和发展中国特色社会主义路线方针政策更加定型化的需要。在各方面形成一整套更加成熟更加定型的制度,必须及时总结建设和发展中国特色社会主义的实践经验,坚持从当代中国国情出发,不搬别国制度,坚持改革开放,充分汲取党和人民群众的集体智慧。这启示我们:中国特色社会主义制度虽已确立,但还需从各方面进一步完善。To form a complete set of more mature and stable system in all aspects put forward by Deng Xiaoping is a long process.It is a necessity to exert fundamental safeguard function of socialism with Chinese characteristics and demands of stabilizing the route,guideline and policy of building and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.It needs summarizing the experience of building and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics timely,sticking to the reform and opening-up and absorbing the collective intelligence of the party and the people while adhering to the contemporary conditions of China without observing the systems of other countries.It enlightens us that though the socialism with Chinese characteristics has established,more work needs to be done in all aspects.
