我国公共图书馆法人治理研究述评

摘　　要：推动公共图书馆建立法人治理结构和组建理事会,是党的十八届三中全会确定的文化体制改革的一项重要任务。回顾我国公共图书馆法人治理研究,重点集中于公共图书馆法人治理的理念、结构、问题及完善路径,对国内试点经验的总结还不多见,且主要采取规范分析穿插事实描述的研究方法。因此,展望我国公共图书馆法人治理研究,还需要进一步扩展研究主题、夯实理论基础、总结试点经验、认真对待研究方法。Promoting public library to establish council and corporate governance structure,is one of the important tasks of cultural system reform which determined by the third plenary session of the 18 th CPC National Congress.Reviewing the research on corporate governance of public library in China,its research priorities focus on idea,structure,problem and reform path,but the pilot experiences don’t be fully summarized.It mainly adopts the method of normative analysis which intersperse fact description.Therefore,prospecting the research on corporate governance of public library in China needs further extending research themes,reinforcing theoretical basis,summing up pilot experiences and taking research methods seriously.
