摘　　要：在阐述了中小城市交通特点的基础上,就这类城市平面交叉口在渠化设计和信号灯配时等方面所存在的问题进行了分析。并结合实际,从交通控制和管理方面对此类交叉口的设计原则、设计思路和设计步骤进行了探讨,通过一个实例更为详尽地对设计思想进行说明。The condition of traffic is a significant element to the development of medium or small urban. But in many towns of China, a lot of atgrade intersections are becoming the bottleneck of the traffic system because of the unreasonable design and management. To solve the problem, the intersections channelization and signal setting were discussed, the designing principle and procedure were put forward with an example.
