摘　　要：本文从技术经济学的角度 ,研究如何对项目开发、技术开发决策前的市场现状和前景、技术性能、经济合理性及本企业所具备的基本条件等问题进行技术经济评价 ,以避免项目开发的盲目性 。With a view of technological economics,this article evaluates the current market situation, prospects,technological performance and economic reasoning of the program development and the deci- sions on technological development. It also evaluates the enterprises' basic conditions and so on,in terms of technological economics,to preventthe irreasonability of program developmentand avoid the phenome- na of lavish in the process of program developing.
