摘　　要：从解决农村贫困的核心战略是开发农村人力资源、农村人力资源的开发呼唤农村教育改革、农村经济社会发展呼唤农村高等教育发展三个方面,论述了发展农村高等教育是开发农村人力资源必由之路的观点。The article expounds the view that developing rural higher education is the only way to develop rural human resource from3aspects:the core strategy to resolve rural poverty is to develop rural human resource,the development of rural human resource calls rural educational reform and the development of rural economy calls the development of rural higher education.
