白术对小白鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 :从免疫学方面探讨中药白术的强身健体作用。方法 :用 1 0 0 %白术水浸出液定期给小鼠灌胃 ,然后检测小鼠抗体产生能力、淋巴细胞转化率、巨噬细胞吞噬的功能。结果 :用药组小白鼠以上免疫学指标均有显著增强作用 ,与对照组相对比有极显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 0 1 )。未见有副反应。结论Objective:To research the immunological reinforcement effect of Atractylodes macrocephala (AM) from the viewpoint of immunity.Methods:We filled the stomach of mouse with 100% water extract of AM regularly and tested antibody production ability,lymphocyte transformation,phagocytosis rate of macrophage.Results:Compared with that in control group,the immune function increased significantly ( P <0 001)in AM group with no side effects.Conclusion:Taking AM orally can enhance immune function obviously.
