近代芜湖对外贸易的历史统计(1900-1934)

摘　　要：芜湖在近代只是一个普通的通商口岸,但通过对芜湖近代对外贸易的研究,可以窥安徽以及全国经济之一豹。采用统计分析与定性研究相结合的方法,通过对芜湖对外贸易数据和关税数据的分析以及对中部通商口岸的比较研究,可以得出三个结论:第一,政局动荡与水旱灾害只有暂时性的冲击作用;第二,北洋政府和南京国民政府的控制力薄弱,独立性较差,它们的经济贸易政策只对税收产生长期影响;第三,芜湖等地经济的相对衰落,上海经济的一枝独秀,表明当时的政府无法扭转中国经济半殖民地性质日益强化的趋势。Wuhu in modern times is just an ordinary port,but the logic on Anhui economy and the national economy can be revealed through the research on modern external trade in Wuhu. Three conclusions can be drawn by statistical analysis and qualitative research of external trade data and tariff data analysis. First,the impact of political unrest and disasters of flood and drought is only temporary.Second,because of weak management ability and poor independence of Beiyang Government and Nanjing National Government,their economy and trade policies have long-term effects only on tax. Third,the relative decline of economy of Wuhu and other regions and a thriving economy of Shanghai indicate that the modern government was unable to reverse the trendency for semi-colonial properties to be increasingly enhanced.
