摘　　要：中国光伏企业由于遭到欧债危机、产能失衡、核心技术远远落后于发达国家等因素阻碍,50多家企业破产,几乎1/3企业半停产。恰遇以美国政府为首的欧盟贸易成员国对其实施"双反"调查,使昔日的"朝阳产业"经历了前所未有的"寒冰期"。如何使目前产量、产能均居世界第一的中国光伏产业打破贸易壁垒的寒冰,迎来"暖春",整个行业乃至全民族需要进行深入探讨。50 Chinese PV enterprises have gone bankrupt because of the European debt crisis,capacity imbalances,and because its own core technology is far behind the developed countries. And almost 1 /3 Enterprises are in semi- shutdown state. The U. S. government,together with the EU member states,makes 'double reverse'survey about the matter,and the former 'sunrise industry'has experienced unprecedented 'ice period. 'How to make China PV industry of which the current production capacity ranks the first in the world break the ice of trade barriers and usher in'warm spring',throughout the industry and even the whole nation should explore deeply.
