专升本院校行政管理精细化路径探索

摘　　要：在专升本院校行政管理精细化实现进程中存在着一些不可忽视的问题,表现为:行政管理组织结构不合理,缺乏先进科学的行政管理理念,行政管理人员综合素质参差不齐,行政管理监督评价体系缺失,校务公开制度不健全。实现专升本院校行政管理精细化的路径有:建立简约扁平化的行政组织结构,树立"以人为本"的管理理念,优化专升本院校行政管理队伍,建立科学完善的监督评价体系,建立健全专升本院校的校务公开制度。There are some not ignorable problems in the normalization of administrative management in upgraded colleges,such as; unreasonable organizational structure in administrative management: lack of advanced scientific ideal in administrative management: different comprehensive qualities of the administrators: lack of monitoring and evaluation systems: and unsound school affairs public system. The ways to realize the normal administrative management in upgraded colleges are: building contracted administrative organizational structure: set up the people oriented administrative ideal: improve the administrative staff: establish and perfect school affairs public system.
