摘　　要：立法评估标准是立法评估理论的重要组成,其有着价值导向设定、定性定量评价、完善修改立法的功能与作用,是保证立法评估过程和结果客观公正的主要依据。立法评估标准主要由规范、技术、成效和校正四个维度构成。未来立法评估的发展趋势应体现体系化、多元化与数据化的特性。The standard of legislative assessment is an important part of legislative assessment theory,which has the function and effect of value oriented setting,qualitative and quantitative evaluation,and improving legislation. It is the main basis of ensuring objective and fair assessment results. The content of legislative assessment standard is composed of regulation,techniques,cost- benefit,and modification. The future position of legislative assessment should be systematic,multiple,and datable.
