慢性盆腔炎输卵管病理与IL-2 IL-6的关系

摘　　要：目的 :探讨慢性盆腔炎输卵管病理与其组织中IL - 2、IL - 6等细胞因子的关系。方法 :用混合菌接种法制作大鼠慢性盆腔炎动物模型 ,观察输卵管的病理变化 ,并以ELISA法检测其中IL - 2、IL - 6的含量。结果 :模型大鼠输卵管组织呈慢性炎症改变 ,IL - 2、IL - 6皆呈显著上升趋势。结论 :慢性盆腔炎及其继发不孕输卵管的病理改变与细胞因子IL - 2、IL -Objective:To explore the relationship between the pathology and interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6) of oviduct in chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:Mixed bacterium was used for making chronic inflammatory rats model,the pathology of oviduct was observed and the content of IL-2 and IL-6 in oviduct was checked by ELISA method.Results:The tube of model rats was found with chronic salpingitis,IL-2 and IL-6 were obviously increased.Conclusion:The pathology and higher IL-2,IL-6 have close relationship in chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its sterility.
