摘　　要：张镜人对胃癌术后调治有丰富的临证治疗经验 ,概括为①扶正着重调理脾胃 ;②祛邪着重清化瘀热 ;③辨证辨病 ,结合施治 ;④长期服药 ,巩固疗效 ;⑤注意饮食 ,生活调摄。组方特点 ,轻灵平和 ,不用大毒大攻之品 ,不用苦寒败胃之药 ,不用滋腻碍胃之剂。对增强病人体质 ,改善症状 ,提高生存质量 ,增加放化疗疗效减轻其毒副反应 ,防止复发转移 。The well-known TCM expert,professor Zhang Jingren,has much clinical experience treating postoperative gastric cancer,which can be summarized as:①Strengthening healthy Qi,especially regulating spleen and stomach;②Expelling pathogenic factors by clearing away heat and resolving blood stagnation;③Combination of differentiation of syndrome and disease;④Persisting in long-term treatment to enhance the treatment effect;⑤Nursing health in daily life.The recipe is characterized by the light dosage and mild drugs.It is important not to prescribe the drugs bitter in taste and cold in nature and the drugs which can sabotage the digestion.The recipe of TCM herbs can improve the life quality and clinical symptoms,boost the effect and reduce the side effects of chemical treatment,prevent the transfer of tumour and extend the existence period.
