大学生篮球运动员校内文化学习影响因素分析及对策研究——以中国大学生篮球超级联赛球员为例

摘  要:中国大学生篮球超级联赛不仅对大学生球员的竞技能力有更高的要求,对球员平时在校的文化课学习也非常重视。然而,参加联赛的大学生球员由于平时训练任务重,加之联赛赛制要求主客场参赛等原因,加重了大学生球员平时的文化课学习压力。为促进球员在校内接受文化教育现状的改善,提高球员文化学习质量,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,从球员入学前知识储备、联赛赛制和训练、文化课学习补救措施等方面入手,对球员文化教育的影响因素进行分析并提出相应对策。研究结论:1)球员入学前文化储备较低是影响球员大学文化课学习的主观因素;2)繁重的训练和比赛任务,以及缺乏有效的补课机制是影响球员文化课学习的客观因素。建议:1)应着力改善球员入学前的知识储备状况,或者保证入学后总的学习时间;2)建立健全球员补课机制;3)发挥教练员的作用,挖掘运动员的主体积极性,督促球员重视文化课学习。China University Basketball Super League(CUBS) not only requires better competitive ability of university player,but also emphasizes campus study.However,due to ordinary hard training and homeaway competition format,university basketball player shoulders heavy study pressure.In order to accelerate improvement of campus study of player,advance study quality,adopting methods of literature consultation,specialist interview,questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics,starting from knowledge reserve before admission,league competition format and training,academic remedial measure,this thesis analyses influence factor and proposes countermeasure to academic education of player.Research conclusion:1) Low academic reserve before admission is subjective factor influencing university academic study of player.2)Heavy training and competition,lack of effective mechanism of making up of missing lesson are objective factors.Suggestion:1) Taking appropriate measure to improve academic reserve before admission,or to guarantee overall study time after admission.2) Establishing mechanism of making up of missing lesson for all players.3) Exerting coach's role in encouraging study enthusiasm and supervising academic study of player.
