摘  要:目的:通过观察有针对性的有氧运动课程教学前后肥胖男大学生肺活量和体成分的变化,探讨此课程对肥胖大学生减肥降脂、提高心肺功能的有效性。方法:随机选取大连理工大学BMI≥28的男大学生34人。独立编班,对其进行12周有针对性的有氧运动课程教学,同时对其饮食、作息、课余运动进行辅助指导。比较教学前后学生的肺活量和体成分各指标的变化。结果:通过有氧运动课程教学,使肥胖男大学生的肺活量有显著性提高(P<0.05),肺活量指数有非常显著性提高(P<0.01);体重、去脂体重、BMI、体脂肪量、体脂率、躯干及四肢脂肪率均有非常显著性的下降(P<0.01)。结论:有针对性的有氧运动课程教学与饮食、作息、课余运动的辅助指导对肥胖男大学生减肥降脂、提高心肺功能具有明显效果,值得在普通高校中推广。Objective:to investigate effectiveness of this curriculum to weight and fat reduction,as well as heart and lung function improvement of male university student through aerobic curriculum observation before and after teaching.Method:random selecting 34 male students(BMI>28) in Dalian University of Technology as subjects.Classifying into independent classes,with 12 weeks aerobic exercise curriculum and assistant guidance to diet,work and rest as well as extracurricular activity.Comparing index changing of student lung capacity and body composition before and after teaching.Results:through aerobic curriculum teaching,lung capacity of obese male university student improves significantly(P<0.05),vital capacity index increases obviously(P<0.01).Body weight,fat free mass,body mass index,body fat mass,body fat rate,trunk and limbs fat rate all reduce significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:targeted aerobic exercise curriculum,as well as auxiliary guidance of diet,work and rest and extra curriculum play significant effect on weight and fat reduction,heart and lung function improvement of obese male university student,which is worth of popularizing in university.
