摘　　要：奖励是运动员激励的一种重要手段,包括物质奖励和精神奖励两个方面。但当前我国奖励制度中出现了过度重视物质奖励,轻视精神奖励的现象,造成运动员"物化",不能有效地激发运动员的积极性。采用文献资料法和访谈法,通过我国运动员奖励制度的历史溯源,对运动员精神奖励制度的机制与方式进行梳理,对我国运动员现行精神奖励存在的主要问题进行解析,并提出了改进的基本策略:1)平衡物质奖励与精神奖励的关系;2)树立精神奖励的理念;3)建立运动员精神奖励的保障;4)体现精神奖励制度的调试性;5)贯彻精神奖励方式的灵活性。从而树立对精神奖励的正确认识,厘清物质奖励与精神奖励的关系,进一步完善我国运动员奖励制度。Award is an important way of athlete motivation,which includes material award and spiritual award two aspects.But in current awarding system of China,there exists a phenomenon of over emphasis on material award and despising spiritual award,leading to mammonism of athlete,which cannot stimulate athlete enthusiasm in an effective way.Adopting methods of literature consultation and interview,through historical origin of Chinese athlete awarding system,this thesis summarizes athlete spiritual awarding system mechanism and method,discusses main problem of existing Chinese athlete spiritual awarding system,and proposes basic improvement strategies:1) Balancing relationship between material award and spiritual award.2) Formulating concept of spiritual award.3) Establishing guarantee of athlete spiritual award.4) Embodying adjustability of spiritual award.5) Implementing flexibility of spiritual award.So as to establish correct understanding to spiritual award,clarify relationship between material award and spiritual award,and further improve athlete awarding system in China.
