摘　　要：伴随体育娱乐化营销模式的发展,啦啦队表演已成为世界篮球文化的重要组成部分,而观众对联赛的娱乐性和观赏性提出了更高的要求,而啦啦队的表演是提高娱乐性和观赏性的首要元素。通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对CBA现场表演啦啦队进行调查,对啦啦队的职业性质、收入、项目经历等内容进行分析,并针对其现实问题提出相关建议,旨在促进CBA啦啦队的良性发展。结果表明:1)CBA现场表演啦啦队职业化程度较高,没有统一的管理;2)啦啦队员的职业化程度较低,职业啦啦队员没有社会保障,啦啦队员的学历以本科为主,兼职队员比例较高,啦啦队员择业的原因以兼职挣生活费为主;3)专职教练或运动员的收入高于兼职队员,经济发达赛区队员收入高于欠发达赛区队员;4、啦啦队员的运动项目经历以健美操、啦啦操为主,啦啦队员的运动级别普遍不高。With the development of marketing mode of recreational sports, cheerleading performance has become an important part in the world of basketball culture. The audience makes higher requests for the league's entertainment and ornamental, while cheerleading performance is the key element to improve the entertainment and enjoyment of China Basketball Association(CBA) League. By using literature, questionnaire, interviews, mathematical statistics, this study investigates CBA cheerleading teams, including the nature of the occupation, income, and the sports experiences and so on as well as provides corresponding solutions to the problems in the develop process, in order to promote the healthy development of CBA cheerleading teams. The results of the study show: 1). CBA cheerleading teams show a higher degree of professionalization, and there is no unified management for the teams. 2). The professional level of cheerleaders is low, and there is no social security for the cheerleaders, since most of them are undergraduates. There is a high proportion of cheerleaders regard it as a part-time job as most of cheerleaders choose cheerleading as a part-time job to make a living cost. 3). Full-time coaches or athletes earn more than part-time members; cheerleaders in the developed area earn more money than those in less developed area. 4).The experience of cheerleaders is mainly based on aerobics and cheerleading and cheerleaders' sports level is generally not high.
