摘　　要：欧洲、北美和中国的体育管理模式因历史发展、社会文化和政府干预的差异而有所不同。随着国际体育格局的不断发展变化,各个国家政府、各个体育组织、各种体育管理模式都面临着前所未有的治理改革压力,国际体育管理体系的重塑将有助于体育领域治理危机的化解和体育善治的实现。中国应该在这个重塑过程中发挥更加重要的作用,融入国际体育管理体系中,积极承担国际体育管理责任。访谈还围绕政府体育管理的价值取向、中国足球改革的未来之路、欧洲体育管理研究的热点及趋势等进行了探讨。Europe,North America and China's sports management mode are quite different due to differences in historical development,socio-cultural and government intervention.With the evolving pattern of international sports,various national governments,various sports organizations,various sports management models are facing unprecedented reform pressure,remodeling of international sports management system will help to resolve the crisis of sports governance and achieve good governance.China should play a more important role in the process of remodeling,merge into the international sports management system,show a positive commitment to the international sports management responsibilities.Interview is also around the value orientation of government sports management,future road of Chinese football reform,European sports management research focus and trends.
