体育旅游承载力的安全测评——基于“京津冀都市圈”三个典型体育健身场所的个案分析

摘　　要：体育旅游产业的可持续发展需要一个可信度较高的评价指标,这个指标所涵盖的项目服务和资源消耗需要以生态的可持续性为依据。因此,从旅游学、生态学和环境学的角度,借助生态足迹评价模型,选择京津冀都市圈中的三个比较有特色的体育旅游景区(滑雪场和高尔夫球场)为测评对象,对景区体育旅游的承载力、生态足迹总量与人均生态足迹负荷进行了计算。研究结论:体育旅游景区生态足迹的测量与评价主要包括体育旅游交通足迹、体育旅游餐饮足迹、体育旅游住宿足迹和体育旅游健身娱乐足迹;选取的三个景区体育旅游生态足迹消耗主要以体育旅游餐饮和体育旅游交通生态足迹为主,而生物生产性土地生态足迹主要以化石能源地、水域和草地为主;景区化石能源地、耕地、草地、建成地和水域的计算结果均表现为生态赤字,而林地面积则表现为生态盈余状态。Sustainable development of sports tourism needs a highly credible assessment indicator,and the services and resource consumption covered by this indicator should be based on ecological sustainability.Therefore,from the perspectives of tourism,ecology and environmental studies,with the help of the ecological footprint evaluation model,we have selected three distinctive sports tourist attractions(ski resort and golf course)in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan Region as the evaluation objects and calculated the carrying capacity of sports tourism,total ecological footprint load and per capita ecological footprint load.We have come to the following conclusions:the measurement and evaluation of ecological footprint in sports-related tourist attractions should mainly cover transportation footprint of sports tourism,catering footprint of sports tourism,accommodation footprint of sports tourism and fitness and entertainment footprint of sports tourism.The ecological footprints of sports tourism consumed in the three attractions selected are mainly transportation and catering footprints of sports tourism,while the ecological footprints of biologically productive land are mainly fossil energy land,water areas and grasslands.The calculation results of fossil energy land,arable land,grassland,built-up land and water areas are all manifested as ecological deficit,while the wooded area is manifested as ecological surplus.
