摘  要:冷敲机是一种高速、重载、精密冲击成形设备,其传动系统的设计与性能直接关系到齿形轴类零件成形质量和精度。本文通过分析花键冷敲成形工艺原理,设计了花键冷敲机三大传动链,实现了滚打轮的旋转与工件的间歇分度运动、滚打轮的径向进给运动、工件的轴向进给运动之间的相互协调与精确同步;提出了冷敲机主要传动系统的设计计算方法。Cold striking machine is a kind of high-speed accurate shock forming machinery with heavy load. The forming quality and accuracy of toothed shaft parts are determined by the design and performance analysis of trans-mission system. In this study,the three transmission chain of cold striking machine is designed based on the form-ing process of spline cold striking principle. The rotation motion of rolling wheel,indexing movement of workpiece, the radial feed movement of rolling wheel and the axial feed motion of workpiece and their synchronized movement are realized. The design and calculating method of transmission system of cold striking machine is developed.
