异叶蛇葡萄根化学成分研究

摘　　要：从异叶蛇葡萄根中分离出 6个单体化合物 ,经鉴定分别为羽扇豆醇、β 谷甾醇、β 胡萝卜苷、没食子酸乙酯、没食子酸、(+)儿茶素 ,均为首次从该植物中得到。Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Ampelopsis humulifolia var. heterophylla (Thunb.) K. Koch. Methods: Chromatography and spectroscopic analysis were employed to isolate and elucidate the chemical constituents in the plant. Results: Six compounds were isolated and elucidated as lupeol, β-stiosterol, daucosterol, ethyl gallate, gallic acid and catechin. Conclusion: The six compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
