摘  要:【目的】研究人参对老年机体淋巴细胞功能的影响。【方法】30只老年鼠(18个月)分为老年对照组(ACG)、高浓度人参组(HGG)、低浓度人参组(LGG),大鼠灌服人参水煎液,3周后,用放射配基结合分析法测定各组大鼠脾细胞和血液淋巴细胞β-AR含量,同时用各组大鼠脾细胞分别加入刀豆球蛋白A(ConA)、异丙肾上腺素(ISO)、普奈洛尔诱导淋巴细胞增殖,用四唑盐比色法(MTT)比较各组淋巴细胞增殖A值变化。【结果】ACG、HGG、LGG脾细胞β-AR密度分别为(3378±117)、(4940±261)、(3572±122),与ACG比较,HGG明显增多(P<0.01);淋巴细胞增殖的MTTA值分别为(0.217±0.027)、(0.547±0.043)、(0.253±0.037),HGG明显增多(P<0.01)。在HGG淋巴细胞增殖中,加入ISO的淋巴细胞增殖MTTOD值明显少于未加ISO或加入ISO和普奈洛尔(P<0.01)。【结论】人参可提高老年机体淋巴细胞功能,这种调节淋巴细胞功能的作用可被ISO的抑制。Objective] To study the effect of Ginseng on the function of lymphocytes in aged rats. Thirty aged rats(18 months) were divided into aged control group(ACG), high dose Ginseng group(HGG), low dose Ginseng group(LGG). The rats were fed with Ginseng for 21days. Then, β AR densities of splenocytes were analyzed by radioligand binding assay of receptor. Lymphocytes proliferation (A values) induced by Concanavolin(ConA), isoprenaline (ISO), propranolol respectively were analyzed by MTT method. β AR densities of ACG, HGG, LGG in splenocytes were 3378± 117, 4940± 261, 3572± 122 respectively. Compared with ACG, HGG was found significantly increase in the β AR densities (P< 0.01). Splenocyte proliferation MTTOD values induced by ConA were 0.217± 0.027, 0.547± 0.043, 0.253± 0.037 respectively in AGG,HGG and LGG groups the value in HGG was found significantly increase(P< 0.01). Compared with splenocyte proliferation cultured without ISO or with ISO and propranolol, MTT A of splenocyte proliferation cultured with ISO was decreased in the HGG group (P< 0.01). [ Conclusion] Ginseng can increase the function of lymphocytes in aged rats. The effect of Ginseng on the regulation of lymphocyte function can be inhibited by ISO.
